Alcatel OT 980 Android Phone

Now it's Alcatel turn to launch an Android smartphone. According to FrAndroid, the OT-980 will be available during the first half of the year, landing on Orange. It is expected to be introduced during Mobile World Congress, that comes in few weeks.
Looking pretty muck like Palm Pre, the new smartphone will run Android OS 1.6 (Donut) and it will probably be cheaper than Htc Tattoo. If you recall it, about one week ago, we were talking about Gigabyte's new smartphone. Their device supposed to be cheaper than Tattoo. And now this one?
Here are the specs:
- QVGA display
- 2 MP cam
- 600 MHz processor
- 192MB of RAM
- micro SD card slot + microUSB
- compass, accelerometer, WiFi, GPS, 3G
Surprising or not, Alcatel is taking out its new smartphone at the Android market to concur with the rest. Any chance for it?
