T-Mobile announcend yesterday a new version of myTouch 3G. Practically, it's the same 3G Fender Limited Edition, minus the Fender. According to the press release, T-Mobile stated that " the new device will simply be called the T-Mobile myTouch 3G and will replace the original myTouch 3G".

The improved version offers the additional features:

• 3.5 mm headset jack
• an increased RAM from 192MB to 288MB
• 8GB microSD
• Swype for faster text input.

As for the price, it will be sell for $149 with 2 year contract at T-Mobile retail locations and available in black and white.
