It's a fact that Android remains an important and powerful operating system in the Statesides. Recent news and reports indicate the day by day growth with a wide range of devices running on the Android. Are you looking to purchase an Android smartphone from one of all four US major carriers?

Let's see what your options are. With no particular preference, we'll start with Verizon, also called the Big Red, who has a great line of Android phones to choose from: HTC Thunderbolt 4G is available for $250 with a two year agreement, HTC Droid Incredible 2 costs $200 and the most awaited gaming phone, Xperia Play can be purchased for $200 with contract. From the DROID family, Verizon offers Samsung Droid Charge with $300 after signing in for a new contract and Motorola Droid X2 for $200.

Another important US carrier, AT&T, comes with a tempting offer too. A powerful dual-core smartphone, Motorola Atrix 4G costs $200 with a two year contract. To purchase the optional Laptop Dock, you'll have to pay extra. There is also the HTC Inspire 4G available for a reasonable price at $100 or the impressive Samsung Infuse 4G with its large 4.5-inch display that costs $200 on contract.

As for the T-Mobile, HTC Sensation 4G is a great phone coming on the carrier next week on June 8th. No pricing details are known. Probably, it will be around $200 with contract. G2X, the US version of the LG Optimus 2X, can be purchased for $250 with a new two year contract.

If you are a Sprint customer and wanna get an Android phone on contract, you can try the HTC EVO 4G available for $200. Another good option can be the Samsung Epic 4G, part of the Galaxy S family, costing $150 with a two-year contract. For summer is announced the HTC EVO 3D to come at Sprint, so, if you wanna try the 3D experience, you can wait for a little bit longer.

Wondering about the beautiful and slimmest Samsung Galaxy S2? It is expected to arrive this summer with no specific date mentioned. As the original Galaxy S, it will be coming to all carriers with different names. Analyze the options with pricing and phones specs according to your needs and choose the best Android phone.
