FCC approves Dell Aero to be released
Posted on: May 7, 2010 [Source]

After we've seen Dell announcing all those smartphones for 2011, now we have Aero as the first Android handset for USA ready to be released. Receiving approval from FCC, it means we are gonna see it launched in the Q2 this year.

Probably not one of the best devices you've seen, but decent enough to make a good impression. It will have Android 1.5 on board (with a possible "refresh" to Android 2.1 in Q3 or Q4), a 3.5 inch capacitive multitouch display, 624MHz Marvell processor and a 5-megapixel camera with flash.

Maybe if it was launched earlier, we would be consider a high-end device, but still, this is only the beginning for Dell, so we are about to see many Android smartphones to be sold in the next future.
