HTC Nexus One

If you followed the Android news lately you might have noticed rumors of an actual Google Phone, developed by HTC for Google, network unlocked, large screen and high specs. The phone was distributed yesterday to Google employees for intensive testing and many shared the news on Twitter.
That's when the whole tech blogs world gone crazy with the "Google Phone", seen as an long awaited iPhone competitor. Many, including the author of this post, don't believe Google will do such a move like naming a phone "Google phone" because it will not please the other manufacturers that adopted Android.
Anyway, the device mentioned in the rumors does exist, is awesome, has high end specs but is named HTC Nexus One and as you can see in the picture above (via Engadget) it looks just like the HTC Dragon that leaked two months ago.
The specs are similar to the HTC Passion, with 3.7 AMOLED, 1 GHz processor, 5MP camera and all the other goodies that belog in a high end smartphone. And best of all the Nexus One will be available unlocked so you can use it on any GSM network.
