AT&T's HTC Holiday appeared in leaked photos
Posted on: August 16, 2011 / Category: HTC
What we see in the picture below is supposed to be HTC Holiday prototype, an impressive 4.5-inch Android smartphone that was spotted a couple of months ago. This handset has a giant "CALIFORNIA" on the back which is rather ugly.
Back in May,when we heard about the smartphone, several internal specifications were released, which seem to be the same. HTC Holiday will include a large 4.5-inch qHD display with a resolution set at 860x540 pixels, a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, dual cameras consisting of an 8MP rear and 1.3MP front facing cam.
Powered by Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, it was rumored that it will be heading to AT&T's lineup and was seen purchased from Craiglist by an XDA Developer. The attached shot was taken immediately after shipment. No details were given about the pricing or release date, but it could happen anytime soon.
