Huawei Ideos X5 and X6 launched in Australia Posted on: December 10, 2010 [Source]
These two Android phones have been spotted back in October, but there was nothing official to confirm them. Recently, the chinese company announced the launch of the Ideos X5 and X6, two smartphones equipped with Android 2.2 Froyo that will hit Australia next year.
Trying to get bigger in the smartphone market, Huawei pushed out two interesting devices, one of them, the X6 being a high-end Android phone. It features a 4.1-inch WVGA capacitive display, HSPA (up to 14.4Mbps), 1GHz processor, 5MP camera with HD video recording plus Wi-Fi, HDMI port, GPS, Dolby Mobile surround sound.
The other one, Ideos X5 is smaller, having a 3.8-inch WVGA touchscreen, a 5MP camera with LED flash, Wi-Fi b/g/n, GPS, Google Apps, Accelerometer. Both devices run on Android 2.2. No mentions about the pricing yet.
