Unlike other smartphones, the new handset from Kyocera didn't produced too much boom at CTIA. The M6000 had its announcement during the conference from Las Vegas and was rumored to be released in Q2 this year.

Not many details on the Zio,but the specs have been revealed:

• Android 1.6
• 600 MHz Qualcomm processor
• 3.5-inch WVGA display
• 3.0 MP camera
• 256 MB internal memory
• 32 GB microSD memory slot
• 3.5 mm headset jack
• WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G, Google Maps, web browser.

These specs aren't so high for an Android smartphone, but with some optimization it can compete with one of HTC's devices. And because you get what you pay for, it is estimated to have a low price: between $169 and $216 unsubsidized.
