AT&T's first Android phone on sale
Posted on: March 8, 2010 [Source]

It's official. AT&T has launched its first Android smartphone in their mobiles lineup, Motorola Backflip, available for $99 after mail-in rebate and a two year contract. As you probably now, the device runs Motorola Blur with Android 1.5, not being so far from the other Motorola's Android phones.

It seems it is the first Android featuring Yahoo search intergation and not Google. There is not even mention about Google on the carrier's page. You can also purchase the device free contract for a more expensive price: $349.99. Dissapointed or not, for the moment is the only option from the carrier. Go for it or wait for a better Android handset.
