Motorola Droid X2 officially released

If a while ago we didn't know for sure if the Droid X2 is coming or not at Verizon Wireless on May 26th, now it's official. A recent press release from Motorola and Verizon indicate that Droid X2 arrives "with double the power, double the does".
It will hit the stores next week on May 26th, with an earlier online order on May 19th. Patiently awaiting for this Droid member to come out? It can be yours for the usual $200 after a two year agreement. So, tommorow you can access the carrier's website to order the Motorola Droid X2.
In case you forget its technical details, we remind you what it packs. Powered by Android 2.2, it includes a4.3-inch qHD touchscreen, a dual-core 1GHz processor, an 8 MP camera on the back with autofocus and HD video recording plus HDMI out.

Motorola Droid Bionic delayed until this summer

We were actually wondering if Motorola Droid Bionic is going to hit the store shelves in Q2 of 2011, as announced. Apparently the release of this smartphone has been delayed. A Motorola spokeswoman told the Wall Street Journal that "based on compelling feedback since CES in January, we are incorporating several enhancements to make this an even better consumer experience".
