Garmin Asus A10

If you are one of those prefering Android smartphones that focuse on navigation, you will be happy to know that Garmin Asus added to their lineup a new navigation-centered mobile phone.
Only one week after the announcement of the Garminefone, now the company brings the new A10, a full-touch device, running on Android OS platform and targeting the pedestrian navigation users.
The specs include a pretty nice 3.2 inch HVGA communicator, an autofocusing 5MP camera with geotagging support, 1.500mAh battery and a multi-touch friendly WebKit browser. It will also have detailed maps and software preloaded without need to an internet connection. The package brings also a useful dashboard mount to use in the car.
The device is expected to arrive in mod-2010 in Europe an Asia-Pacific market. No informations about the price yet. Stay tuned for other details.

Vodafone's first Android phone

We see Android market becoming bigger and bigger every day. Vodafone decided to join the smartphones' competition, by pushing out its first branded Android phone, the super small Vodafone 845 first surprised a couple of weeks ago. For sure this new smartphone is unlike the rest of their line-up.

Dell Smoke

Dell's intentions of conquering the smartphone's market are serious. Another Android handset announced to have the release in 2011, sometime in the second quarter, is the Dell Smoke. A slim design ressembling like the Blackberry mixed with a Palm Pixi.

Dell Thunder

Untill now Dell hasn't been a serious contender in the Android smartphones marketplace. Things might change a little bit. After any success with the Dell Aero, it seems the company will bring a super phone running Android 2.1. According to documents leaked to Engadget, Dell strikes with the Thunder, the name of its newest Android handset.

Garminefone comes to T-Mobile

If some while ago we had some rumors about Garmin working with Asus to release an Android handset, now it is official. T-Mobile made the announcement in a press release for the new Garminefone. Yes, you heard it well. That Nuvifone A50 announced back at MWC this year is the exclusive new smartphone for the USA carrier.
