Another smartphone joins the mobile's market. As the staff from Lenovo announced, their new device using Android platform will be launched in May in China. It will be also available overseas, but later this year.
As Lenovo's Chief Technology Officer stated, the new device called LePhone will use Android OS and their own applications. We like how it looks, especially that it has an innovative keyboard.
We'll have to see how much success it will have.

Although we have to admit to never heard of Inbrics before we are really excited about their latest product: an OEM Android phone with the temporary name of Inbrics M1. A full QWERTY slider that is thinner than the DROID, if that's even possible.

Dell mini 3iX

FCC has been really busy with Android phones in the last few weeks, all major (or not) manufacturers preparing for the holiday season. And one of them is Dell, that just passed it's Mini i3X through FCC with 3G bands suited for AT&T (and some other Norts American carriers, but we told you we have a hunch about a major AT&T Android comeback).

At&t Pulse passes FCC

More FCC exclusive news: Huawei U8220 just passed FCC with AT&T 3G bands. As you can (barely) see in the above picture (here's a larger version for those with normal vision) FCC documentation states the phone has HSPA/UMTS Band I, Band II and Band V, which means bands 850 and 1900, the ones used by AT&T's 3G.

Let's face it, there is a market for dual sim phones, wether you are a top level businessman that wants to have two phone numbers, one for the office and one for private calls, or a young individual trying to keep costs low by using two different operators. And General Mobile is one of the leaders of that market.
