Samsung Droid Charge price drops at $199.99 on contract Posted on: October 12, 2011 [Source]
Samsung Droid Charge is an Android-based phone that is part of Verizon line. Initially priced at $300 with a two year contract, now the carrier has dropped the price at $200. After releasing the Droid Bionic, Verizon has chosen to reduce the Droid Charge and HTC Thunderbolt which are using a single core processor, while the Droid Bionic has a faster dual-core processor.
Need a fresh recap with its internal details? We remind you that the Droid Charge features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 1GHz processor, a great 8 megapixel camera with 720p HD recording plus a secondary frontal 1.3MP cam, 512MB of RAM, 4G LTE network and Android 2.3.4.
This news should cheer up many Verizon customers, because it's a good thing that LTE phones are getting more and more affordable on contract. It does matter to see $100 less when closing a two year contract.
