Sony announced its first LTE phones for Japan

Xperia GX and Xperia SX are two LTE phones from Sony that are going to hit Japan sometime this summer. Both devices will be available in black and white and will be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The Xperia GX comes with a 4.6-inch display, a new 13 megapixel camera, 1.5GHz dual-core processor with a big improvement for the camera section. Its design is similar to the Xperia Arc but with a matte flash.

As for the second one, the Xperia SX is a smaller 3.7-inch display with the same Mobile Bravia engine found with a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, a more standard 8 MP camera plus Android 4.0.

Unlocked SE Xperia active costs $340 in the US
