Sony's upcoming Android phones for this year Posted on: January 19, 2012 [Source]
After splitting up with Ericsson, Sony has decided to announce its exclusive branded gadgets. As for the Android phones area, it looks like Sony is going to be very busy this year. No less than 12 handsets are expected to arrive on the market.
The guys at Gsmarena.com have managed to get hands on a leaked roadmap with Sony's upcoming devices for this year. While there is no confirmation for this info, the list below looks legit, so it may be trustful.
Sony started 2012 with the announcement of Xperia S these days at CES, an impressive 4.3-inch phone with a dual core 1.5GHz processor, followed by other three devices in April: Kumquat, Nypon and Pepper. These are definitively codenames.
What we don't get to see in the list is the Nozomi, a Sony phone that has been spotted for sometime. Still, you can see the rest of the models available until October.
